Ways how to get rid of overthinking

11.  Question yourself.

We  asked  Lot's  of questions to others. Sometime . We   should question to yourself .
 When we are think about anyone lot's of  thoughts comes in our mind.  Sometime we over think  about them then  we upset.
 Just ask  question to  Yourself. Why we are think so much about anyone its usable for our self or not . Because of past memories or wrong thinking about them we upset and break focus on goals sometimes we comes in depression .

Question yourself why we are doing it .and then give answer with piece and positive mind . Is it good for us or not?.
Why we can't use our brain to improve of knowledge and increase positivity inside yourself.

We have a opportunity make amazing future for us . The way we are waste our time that  unusable things or remember past memories these are nothing for us .


12. Playing with children . 


The best way to avoid. Stress,tension,moodoff ,upset mind etc . Play with kids its truth you will forget everything just feel cool .do little thing with them give company in what they are doing just start talking like they are talk .
When I were writing this article I thinking about when I last time played with kids automatically smile comes on my face just feel happy from innerside .

Do little little things talking with them . when you are playing with children believe me you are in another world.

13. Aware about thoughts. 


When  we  are starting thinking.  We forgot about our thoughts . Our  thoughts is  basement of  our thinking. 

Its depends which  types of  thoughts is  going on  our mind  for a particular thing. 
What  we  are  thinking.  When  we are seeing anything  . It's our  thoughts. 

Its come  in  our mind  when  we  see a new  things. 

We should aware about thoughts.  Be  positive always . 
Our  thoughts will  always positive in  our mind. 



14. Try  to think more positive. 


When  we talking with someone and  thinking about someone. Mostly negative  thinks  comes in  our mind frist. 
Then we  start  negative thinks about that. 

We  should try  to  find  positive  points  about something. Even in negative situations. 

If  we  think positive in every situation our wrong thinking will  control. 
Positive think makes positive from inside you  and your  behaviour your  attitude will  totally positive.  If we have positive thinking. 

Always try to think more  positive even  in  negative situations. 


15. Share your emotions and feelings. 


Its   heppen  with all . We get emotion of  manytimes and  we  had  feelings. 
It's can  break ourselves from inside. Its can a big  cause of overthinking. 

It's make  sad you  from inside. Mostly we don't share our emotions and feelings with anyone. 

We should share our feelings and emotions with our loved once .it will give you relax from inside real smile will come your face . You will feel happy from inside .
Our overthinking will control .




16  Try to  be happy always. 

No one totally happy in life all have something problem some people take it serious and they don't go ahead. 

But some take it as a  challenge they fight with it then they win that people are always winner .

Many people take it like they are failure feel like they did a with mistake in their life. It is the reason they give up we should always try to be happy.  Its make your mind peace from innerside

17. Spend time  with family. 


We should stay more time with family.  If we are with family .we talk with them its make yourself happy from innerside. It is so important for us . We should give time of family. 

When we are in stress and depression feel alone . We spend more time family.  Share with them our feeling and problem you will feel happy

18. Do yoga. 


Regular exercise and yoga its make our body fresh and provide energy and  improve our gratitude. 

When be do regular yoga and assan its activate our mind daily .

We should do always yoga in any age . It will make relax your mind will be positive whole days . In two days world all are busy lots of stress due to working we need to be relax and energetic In today's life .


19.   Always live in positive             environment 

It's big matter in out life .where we spend our mostly time. Its effect in  our  life  .
If  we  spend time  with negative environment.  Negative thoughts comes in our  mind. If  we  spend our  time  with positive people or  in  positive environment.
Positive thoughts will come  in  our mind.



20. Do  regular meditation. 


When  we are  in tension or  in depression. We just overthinking about anything always we don't give relax our  mind. 
We can't control our overthinking problem bcz we don't give  relax peace our mind.

We should do meditation in  our daily busy life  for peace our mind  for  give  relax our mind. 

If  we doing meditation everyday  our  mind will relax and  peace after it. You can control your overthinking problem. You will feel good. Then you can focus your mind in a particular things. 

In  ancient time many great people said about it medeitation is  the  best way to give  relax and  peace our  mind. 
If we have overthinking problem and you are unable to focus on  your goal do  meditation everyday . You can  do it.
